Honestly, the staff was friendly, and I was genuinely impressed with how clean everything was. The kitchen in our suite had all we needed to whip up a meal, and that really made our stay feel like home.

Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still an acceptable trade-off for the experience we got.

During my stay, I loved the welcoming atmosphere created by the amazing staff, especially Jen, who checked in on us daily, and it was fantastic to find such a spacious suite with a kitchenette for added convenience. with the Corning Museum of Glass just a short stroll away and the beautiful parks within easy walking distance, I was able to fully enjoy my weekend exploring the area.

The two-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable for our needs, and the breakfast selection was tasty, thanks in part to the attentive staff. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues, as we found items from previous guests under the beds. The pool could also benefit from better maintenance, as it had a strong chemical odor.

The Queen Studio Suite was incredibly spacious and so comfortable! I loved having a kitchenette to whip up snacks, and the indoor pool was a blast. Plus, being just a stroll away from the glass museum was the cherry on top of our fun-filled trip!

The hot breakfast options exceeded expectations, and the friendly staff ensured a welcoming atmosphere. However, maneuvering with larger bags in the narrow elevator doors was a bit challenging. Plus, while the laundry facilities are free, only vending detergent is available, which may not be convenient for everyone.
